Meet Dr. Mititelu

Dr. Tudor Mititelu is an Ottawa native who brings a warm and welcoming approach to dentistry, rooted in genuine care for the people he serves. His journey into the profession began at McGill University, where he completed his undergraduate degree in Chemistry before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the McGill Faculty of Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences.

After graduating, Dr. Tudor spent time practicing in the Boston area, gaining valuable experience and further expanding his clinical skills. Before long, he felt the pull of home and returned to his roots in Ottawa, where he is now proud to care for patients as part of the compassionate team at Villanova Dental Studio.

Dr. Tudor’s philosophy is simple: treat every patient like family. He takes the time to understand each person’s unique needs and strives to make every visit as positive and stress-free as possible. Dedicated to providing the highest standard of care, he regularly pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry and better serve his patients. He enjoys connecting with patients in English, French, and Romanian. He is an active member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the American Dental Association, and the Massachusetts Dental Society.

Outside the office, Dr. Tudor lives an active lifestyle and loves bringing people together through health and wellness. He founded a fitness-oriented dental community focused on movement, education, and preventive care. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll often find him playing soccer or hockey, staying active at the gym, traveling, or enjoying long walks with his dog.
