Dr. Barakat will go over your treatment instructions to ensure you are making the most your of your Invisalign aligners. In most cases, patients are expected to wear their aligner for 20-22 hours a day. Patients can remove their aligner to eat, drink, and perform their daily oral hygiene routine.
